Karlette's life-mission is to EMPOWER people to EMBRACE their AUTHENTICITY, PASSIONATELY LIVE their lives. By CO-INVESTIGATING their goals and strengths, and assisting them in STRATERGIZING the ACHIEVEMENT of their goals.
Karlette Joseph, born and raised in Mumbai, India is a self taught artist. Having started drawing at an early age, she was eventually fascinated by the transparency of glass paints as a medium, until she found that acrylic paints were capable of providing similar effects and much more. Even though water colours, pencils and pastels stimulate her creativity, every now and then, she keeps getting drawn back to acrylic and pen and ink as her go to medium. Since 2020 she has also taught herself digital art.
Tenacious and independent, bold yet sensitive, Karlette creates art from her intuition and soul. She calls her style of art esoteric abstract art. While she gently rebels against being categorised as a particular genre / medium artist, she would like to share that as a person she is deeply spiritual and philosophical by nature.
Karlette seeks and finds inspiration in an abundance of sources be they music, symbolism, esoteric sciences, ancient healing art, sacred geometry, numerology, healing modalities, angels, nature, birds, colours, textures, facial expressions or even events from her life - whether it is a perfect sunrise viewed through the trees on an early morning safari through a beautiful jungle, or the smell of that perfect cup of chai on a new years morning, or the touch of the cleanest, softest sheets after a tiring day or the sight of love between a parent and the trust in their child’s eyes.
With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Mumbai, in addition to being a Certified Master of Light (Reiki Healer & Practitioner) through the Usui System of Natural Healing by Dr. Mikao Usui, Karlette is intrinsically attracted to creating art which is positive and has some spiritual meaning, feeling or representation. Her love for leading a holistic positive life has ensured future plans to use art with a combination of NLP, spirituality and her intuition as a form of therapy. She is also a Certified Psychometric Test professional and Coach from Carlton Advanced Management Institute and Middle Earth HR as well as a Certified Personal Counsellor from the Heart to Heart Counselling Centre, Institute of Human Technology, Mumbai. Karlette is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Advanced Life Coach, Hypnotist and Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapist. Karlette has also studied advanced crystal therapy, angels, and numerology. Karlette has over 20 years corporate experience and so is able to build rapport with people facing challenges be it spiritual, professional or personal.
